Michaella Radich is a member of the firm’s Public Finance practice with a strong foundation in public administration, local government policy, and legal analysis related to public sector operations. She brings a combination of legal training and extensive experience working with county officials, public agencies, and state-level partners, which supports her work on behalf of government clients.

Most recently, Michaella served as Staff Counsel for the Franklin County Auditor’s Office. In that role, she advised on issues involving statutory compliance, property valuation and tax administration, and contract review. She also served as an administrative hearing officer for the Board of Revision and gained practical experience in property valuation disputes and quasi-judicial procedures. Before becoming counsel, Michaella worked as Policy Manager for the Franklin County Auditor’s Office.

Earlier in her career, she served as Administrator of Policy and Communications for the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities. Her work there included statewide policy research, updates for government stakeholders, and communications on issues related to housing, mental health, and criminal justice.

Michaella’s legal education, policy experience, and public service background provide valuable insight into the needs of government entities and the communities they serve.
