Michelle Reid is a member of Bricker Graydon's Real Estate Practice Group. She has routinely counseled developers and lenders in various areas, such as acquisition, financing, ownership, development, leasing, and sale of  multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties.  She is also experienced in analyzing ALTA surveys, reviewing title documents and skillfully negotiating with title agents to mitigate client risk.

Michelle independently handles the preparation and negotiation of diverse real estate development documents, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, reciprocal easement agreements, declarations of restrictions, closing documents, escrow agreements and letters, and loan documents. She plays a crucial role in advising on residential, mixed-use, and commercial condominiums in OH and KY. Additionally, she efficiently counsels landlords and tenants on the intricacies of residential, retail, office, and industrial leases, including ground leases.
