Rachel Blumberg helps businesses, nonprofits, and individuals navigate the intersection of tax, corporate, and estate planning with clarity and confidence.

Rachel Blumberg is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Tax group, based in the Cincinnati Office. She advises clients on tax planning, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance, with experience spanning entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting and negotiation. Rachel also counsels nonprofit organizations on governance, tax-exemption, and charitable fundraising matters, and assists individuals with estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.

Before joining the firm, Rachel practiced with a regional law firm, where she supported clients across tax, business, and estate planning matters. She also gained experience through positions with the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, where she developed a strong foundation in research, client service, and professional engagement. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, Rachel brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to her work with businesses and individuals alike.
