Stacey Dettwiller is an attorney in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group, who is based in the Columbus Office. She focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession, and the administration and modification of trusts. Stacey works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop comprehensive wealth transfer strategies that align with both personal goals and tax considerations.

Before joining the firm, Stacey practiced with another Columbus-based law firm, where she advised clients on a wide range of matters including estate and gift tax planning, charitable trust modification, and succession planning for closely held businesses. Her experience also includes guiding corporate trustees through trust administration and settlement processes, structuring buy-sell and private settlement agreements, and counseling tax-exempt organizations. Stacey’s depth of experience in complex estate and business planning enables her to provide thoughtful, tailored guidance to clients navigating all stages of wealth and legacy planning.

Outside the office, Stacey spends a great deal of her time volunteering with her family for Big Walnut Youth Sports, specifically, the baseball and softball organizations. In the baseball/softball offseason, she can be found attending volleyball, hockey, or football games and usually providing snacks for everyone.
