Terri Meldrum draws on decades of experience at the intersection of law, healthcare, and strategic leadership. Known for her steady guidance and collaborative approach, Terri works with clients navigating complex regulatory environments, operational risk, and organizational change.

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon, Terri held a series of progressive leadership roles at one of the region’s largest healthcare systems, culminating in her service as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In that capacity, she led a high-performing legal team responsible for enterprise-wide legal services, clinical and enterprise risk management, and insurance operations, while advising on everything from hospital acquisitions, healthcare regulatory analysis, and complex joint ventures. Her ability to align legal strategy with mission-driven goals helped shape and support the organization’s growth through a time of significant transformation in the healthcare industry.

Terri’s counsel is informed not only by her legal knowledge but also by a deep understanding of organizational culture, governance, and the practical demands of executive decision-making. Her clients value her thoughtful perspective, calm under pressure, and commitment to meaningful outcomes.
