Tommy Rogers is an associate in Bricker Graydon’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, helping employers tackle workplace challenges and navigate complex employment laws with practical insight and a hands-on approach.

Tommy Rogers is an associate in Bricker Graydon’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, based in the firm’s Cincinnati office. In addition to his primary focus of employment litigation, Tommy advises employers on a broad range of workplace issues, including employment policies, compliance, employee relations, and litigation risk management.

Before joining the firm as an attorney, Tommy gained practical experience as a summer associate at Schroeder, Maundrell, Barbiere & Powers, where he researched and drafted motions, memoranda, and legal opinions in a variety of legal areas including admiralty, insurance, medical malpractice, and municipal law.

Prior to law school, Tommy held leadership roles in professional soccer organizations, including Director of Operations & Partnerships at AX Soccer and Manager of Team Personnel at FC Cincinnati. In these roles he managed international scouting and player logistics, led onboarding and visa processes, coordinated camps and residency programs, and oversaw community outreach initiatives.
