Tina Waters is an OSBA Certified Paralegal and assists clients with a variety of matters related to commercial real estate law. She plays an important role in asset-based credit facilities, construction loans, permanent loans, letter of credit facilities, loan restructuring, loan participations and syndications.

Tina has extensive experience drafting complex financial documents as well as other general real estate related documents. She assists with title and survey reviews and focuses on ensuring transactions close efficiently and within the expected timeframe.
