A skilled operations management professional with over 30 years of experience overseeing commercial and residential facilities.

Having previously managed largescale properties, Will plans and executes complex maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects and has proven success overseeing multiple departments and facilities. He consistently evaluates processes and implements change to enhance strategic effectiveness across all levels of business.

Will provides leadership and strategic direction regarding Bricker’s multiple office locations, including the firm’s iconic downtown Columbus post office building. He ensures that all facilities serve the needs of attorneys, staff members, and clients while ensuring regulatory standards are upheld as well as historic preservation efforts. Will also oversees the firm’s facilities maintenance staff and manages contracts with vendors.

With previous experience in residential services, Will was most recently the director of operations for Kendal at Granville, a continuing-care retirement community. He was also employed by LifeCare Alliance for more than a decade, playing a leading managerial role in the packaging and delivery of over 2,500 daily meals to seniors and people with medical challenges or disabilities throughout central Ohio.
