Bricker Graydon Welcomes Erika Haupt and Stacey Dettwiller to Trusts & Estates Group

Bricker Graydon is pleased to announce that Erika Haupt and Stacey Dettwiller have joined the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Their arrival expands the firm’s capabilities in estate planning, business succession, and complex tax and wealth transfer strategies for individuals, families, and business owners across Ohio and beyond.

For more than 30 years, Erika has focused her practice on wealth transfer and estate planning, including business succession, tax, and closely held businesses matters. She regularly advises clients on transactional and financing issues, estate and trust administration, and the formation and operation of tax-exempt organizations. Erika develops sophisticated estate tax plans and also counsels both trustees and beneficiaries on fiduciary litigation matters.

Stacey focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession, and the administration and modification of trusts. She works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop comprehensive wealth transfer strategies that align with both personal goals and tax considerations. Stacey advises clients on estate and gift tax planning, charitable trust modification, and succession planning for closely held businesses. Her experience also includes guiding corporate trustees through trust administration and settlement processes, structuring buy-sell and private settlement agreements, and counseling tax-exempt organizations.
