Andrea Musker Joins as Regulatory and Transactional Counsel

Andrea Musker brings a wealth of experience advising hospitals, physician groups, telehealth companies, ambulatory surgery centers, FQHCs, and management services organizations. Her practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and operational matters, with a particular emphasis on telemedicine and digital health expansion across state lines.

Terri Meldrum joins the firm following a distinguished career as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at one of the region’s largest health systems. She led enterprise-wide legal services, clinical and enterprise risk management, and insurance operations. Her experience includes guiding hospital acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes joint ventures.
