Corporate Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney(s) to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in corporate law. Basic contract, corporate governance, tax, securities, and merger and acquisition experience, a plus.
Health Care Litigation/Medical Negligence Defense Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Health Care Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ of general litigation and medical negligence defense experience including the defense of physicians and hospitals facing claims of medical negligence and wrongful death. Experience representing providers during investigations by the various professional boards, a plus.
Health Care Transactional Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced transactional and regulatory attorney to join its Health Care Team. Qualified candidates will have transactional experience in health law and be able to provide legal advice on regulatory, transactional, legislative, agency enforcement, and other healthcare-related legal and compliance issues, and develop and recommend solutions.
Higher Education Attorney
Bricker Graydon is seeking an attorney to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. This team member will ideally have experience in areas of practice that include, but are not limited to labor and employment matters, disability law, higher education compliance, international programs and relationships, litigation, general business transactions, corporate governance, and civil rights/Title IX investigations. At least four years of experience providing legal counsel to higher education clients is strongly preferred.
Effective candidates will be licensed to practice law and have strong writing and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for university and college environments, and the ability to build and maintain relationships while providing sound legal and practical judgment.
Remote and/or part-time arrangements may be considered however, flexibility to be on-site when needed may be required.
Labor & Employment Attorney
Bricker Graydon LLP is currently seeking an attorney to join its K-12 Education Law Team. Candidates with at least 3 years of labor/employment experience providing management side advice and counsel to schools and/or at least 3 years public sector collective bargaining expertise, are strongly preferred.
Successful candidates will be licensed to practice law and have strong academic credentials, exceptional written and oral communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and an interest in supporting the firm’s Ohio-based clients.

The Bricker Graydon Higher Education Law Fellowship
Are you a law student with significant experience working on a college campus? Wondering about how to transition into the field of higher education law?
Bricker Graydon’s Higher Education Law Fellowship is awarded to a law student with professional experience in higher education who is eager to use that experience in their legal career. Fellows work closely with our Higher Education Team as the attorneys provide practical legal advice to institutions of higher education across the country on topics such as:
• Title IX and Civil Rights
• Student Conduct
• Shared Governance
• Employment Law
• Constitutional Issues
• Accreditation Disputes
• General Business Transactions
• Investigations and Hearings
Fellows are provided with summer employment, with the opportunity for employment as an attorney upon graduation and successful admission to the bar. During their summer, Fellows are provided with training and assist with research, writing, and brainstorming to consider the best ways to help clients navigate their situations.
The successful Fellow will be:
• A current or former higher education professional
• A self-starter and strong writer
• A collaborator who can build and maintain relationships
• Enthusiastic about college and university environments
Bricker Graydon has offices in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, with many team members focused in Columbus or Cleveland. The Firm is open to remote arrangements for Fellows, but flexibility to be on-site when needed is a plus.
